摘要
中国建筑产业作为国民经济的支柱产业,是国民经济主要的贡献者。客观、准确地分析出中国各区域建筑产业竞争优势与不足,是制定建筑产业新发展战略的基础和前提。在对"优势理论"回顾的基础上,借鉴Porter教授的"钻石模型"分析范式,结合中国建筑产业自身特性,提出建筑产业竞争优势"五因素"评价指标体系。在此基础上,采用主成分分析与DEA-DA分析相结合的研究思路,首先对中国30个省份(除西藏外)的建筑产业竞争优势进行"五因素"主成分提取、压缩指标,根据计算的结果完成初始分类,而后利用DEA-DA模型进行两次分类判别,将中国30个省份(除西藏外)的建筑产业竞争优势分成四类并进行排序,最后有针对性地根据各区域的特点提出发展建议。
Chinese construction industry is one of the main contributors to the national economy.Objective and accurate analysis of the advantages and the disadvantages of regional construction industry in China is the foundation of the new industry strategy for the development of the construction sector.On the basis of a review of ＂superiority theory＂ and referencing the analysis paradigm of Porter＇s ＂diamond model＂,a ＂five-factor＂ evaluation index system with Chinese characteristics is proposed for the competitive advantage of the construction industry.A primary classification with the ＂Five Factors＂ principal component extraction is completed with reference to the original data from construction industry of 30 provinces except Tibet.The DEA-DA model is transformed for classification twice.The competitive advantage of the construction industry from 30 provinces except Tibet is sorted into four categories,and development strategies pertinent to the current situation are proposed.
