摘要
在对南平市进行实地调查的基础上,通过案例研究和系统分析,提出要实现南平林业"十一五"规划目标,促进林业第二产业健康发展,实现集约型增长,应该全盘统筹,侧重从科学制定产业发展规划,大力发展主导产业;通过技术创新,延长产业链;推行清洁生产,提供绿色林产品;实施名牌战略,提升产品价值;培育产业集群,提高林业竞争优势等方面采取相应措施,积极应对。
Based on the practical survey to Nanping City, desktop research and systematic analysis, the paper puts forward that to realize the objectives for the 11^th five-year plan of Nanping＇s forestry and to boost the healthy development of the second forestry industry for intensified growth, the City should plan as a whole, adopt corresponding measures to answer actively by emphasize particularly on five aspects as following： perfecting the industry development program scientifically, especially in developing the major leading trades, extending the industry chain through technology innovation, promoting clean production to provide green products, carrying out name brand strategy to upgrade the value of products, and cultivating industrial groups to boost the competition advantage of forestry.
