摘要
针对公路建设材料需求量与价格的波动对项目建设影响极大的情况,提出了一种基于IAHP-Entrop-Topsis组合决策模型方法进行采购决策研究.这种组合模型将区间层次分析法(Interval-based AHP)与熵权法相结合,将评估指标主观权重与客观权重相融合得到组合权重.并建立了组合权重的Topsis法,用来对公路建设材料供应商进行评价与排序,根据排序结果进行科学决策.实例运行结果表明,该方法是合理有效的.
According to the highway construction material demand and price fluctuations with greatly affect project, a reasonable choice of suppliers is propased based on IAHP-En- trop-Topsis decision making model. The advantage of the model is using interval analytic hi- erarchy process interval based AHP and entropy weight to improve the quality of corporate purchasing,and can assess the indicators of subjective weights and objective weights ob- tained fusion combination weight. Improved TOPSIS method is made to evaluate suppliers and Sort scientific decision-making, according to the results of the sort. Finally, a case study is made and the results show that the method is reasonable and effective.
