在开放的全球市场上 ,来自于地区的竞争优势重新受到人们的关注。这一优势不是外生的自然禀赋 ,而是内生的在竞争与合作中形成的竞争优势。产业集聚带来外部性 ,对一个产业获取竞争优势具有积极作用。集聚效应的产生 ,又受制于企业间竞争与合作关系等区域文化、企业文化方面的因素。探讨产业集聚效应对西部开发可能具有某些指导意义。
In the open global market, more attention has been paid to the competitive superiority in a specific area. This superiority is formed due to the internal collaboration and competition instead of natural force. The external force brought about by the industry centralization has an active influence on wining the superiority for an industry. The complications of competition and cooperation of industries may restrain the industry centralization. It may have significance to study the industry centralization in guiding the west development.
