摘要
目的观察灯盏细辛注射液治疗原发性高血压病的疗效及对血管内皮功能的影响。方法采用灯盏细辛注射液治疗老年高血压50例,观察血压、血液生化指标(血清PcⅢ)、踝臂指数(ABI)和心踝指数(CAVI)值。结果治疗组显效率74.00%、总有效率94.00%,对照组显效率48.00%、总有效率80.00%,治疗组的显效率和总有效率均高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血液生化指标(血清PcⅢ)、踝臂指数(ABI)、心踝指数(CAVI)值较治疗前均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);以上各指标与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论灯盏细辛注射液能降低血压、改善动脉功能,治疗老年性高血压病安全有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of dengzhai xixin injection on primary hypertension and its impact on vascular endothelial function.Methods50 cases of senile hypertension treated with dengzhai xixin injection were selected.Blood pressure,blood biochemical index（serum PcIII）,ankle-brachial index（ABI）and cardio-ankle vascular index（CAVI）were observed.ResultsIn treatment group,the remarkable effective rate was 74.00% and the total effective rate was 94.00%.In control group,the remarkable effective rate was 48.00% and the total effective rate was 80.00%.The total effective rate and the remarkable effective rate in treatment group were higher than those in control group,indicating statistical significant difference（P0.05）.In treatment group,after treatment,blood biochemical index（serum PcIII）,ABI and CAVI were improved as compared with those before treatment,indicating statistical significant difference（P0.05）.There were statistical significant differences in all of the above indexes as compared with control group after treatment（P0.05）.ConclusionDengzhai xixin injection can reduce hypertension and improve arterial function.It is safe and effective in the treatment of senile hypertension and deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
