摘要
褐藻胶是海藻提取物。本文研究了四氯化碳诱导的大鼠肝纤维化模型服用褐藻胶后肝脏组织学和血清PCⅢ和HA水平变化。结果表明,褐藻胶对实验性肝纤维化有一定的防治作用。
Algin was refined from marine alga. In this paper,the Wistar rats models of liver fibrosis were induced by CC14, the effect of algin on the liver histological changes and serium PC I and HA levels were studied, the results showed that algin can prevent liver fibrosis to some extent.
