社区护理教学中师生互动机制的探索与实践 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探索社区护理教学实践中的师生互动机制。方法:对214名护理本科生,在社区护理教学中引入师生互动机制,采取理论课、见习课、讨论课等多种教学形式相结合的方式进行授课。结果:214名学生对社区护理学教学效果的总满意度为99.5%,课程成绩优良,无不及格学生;形成了以学生为主体,教师起主导作用,双方均以学生能力的培养为核心,在民主、平等的氛围下,综合应用理论课、见习课、讨论课相结合的形式,师生共同参与社区护理的教与学的互动机制。结论:师生互动机制的运用有利于提高社区护理教学的效果。 Objective:To explore the mechanism of interaction between teachers and students in teaching of community nursing.Methods: To apply the mechanism of interaction between teachers and students in teaching of community nursing,and have lessons for 214 nurse students.Results: 214 students' satisfaction degree was 99.5%,and all of them passed examinations.The mechanism of interaction between teachers and students had been formed.Conclusion:The application of interaction mechanism was advantageous in enhancing the teaching effect of community nursing.
