摘要
目的:探索社区护理教学实践中的师生互动机制。方法:对214名护理本科生,在社区护理教学中引入师生互动机制,采取理论课、见习课、讨论课等多种教学形式相结合的方式进行授课。结果:214名学生对社区护理学教学效果的总满意度为99.5%,课程成绩优良,无不及格学生;形成了以学生为主体,教师起主导作用,双方均以学生能力的培养为核心,在民主、平等的氛围下,综合应用理论课、见习课、讨论课相结合的形式,师生共同参与社区护理的教与学的互动机制。结论:师生互动机制的运用有利于提高社区护理教学的效果。
Objective：To explore the mechanism of interaction between teachers and students in teaching of community nursing.Methods： To apply the mechanism of interaction between teachers and students in teaching of community nursing,and have lessons for 214 nurse students.Results： 214 students＇ satisfaction degree was 99.5%,and all of them passed examinations.The mechanism of interaction between teachers and students had been formed.Conclusion：The application of interaction mechanism was advantageous in enhancing the teaching effect of community nursing.
