摘要
先用薄层色谱法进行分离，洗脱后再用一阶导数分光光度法测定妇宝滴丸中的阿魏酸含量。方法简单、快速，平均回收率为９９．２８±１．０３％。
Ferulic acid is separated and eluted from the sample of Fubao Dropping Pill by TLC, then determined by lst derivative spectrophotometry. These methods are simple and quick. The average recovery is 99.28±1.03%.
