摘要
建立了高效液相色谱测定产复康冲剂中阿魏酸含量的方法。回归方程为ｙ＝０．０３９２ｘ＋０．１２３６（ｒ＝０．９９８），平均回收率为９７．６％，ＲＳＤ＝２．２５％（ｎ＝３）。该方法简便，快速，灵敏，为该制剂的质量控制提供了依据。
The ferulic acid content in Chanfukang Granules was determined by HPLC.The regression equation got is y=0.0392x+0.1236(r=0.988).And average recorvery is 97.6% CV =2.25%(n=3).This method is simple,quick,sensitive and provides a basis for quality control of this preparation.
