摘要
目的建立妇科分清丸(当归、白芍、川芎、地黄、栀子、黄连等)中阿魏酸和芍药苷的测定方法。方法采用Phenomsil C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(17∶83)为流动相;体积流量1.0 mL/min;检测波长为230 nm。结果阿魏酸在3.61~28.88μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为97.96%,RSD为1.58%;芍药苷在8.55~68.4μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 3),平均回收率为98.64%,RSD为1.17%。结论本法简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于妇科分清丸的质量控制。
AIM To establish a method for determination of ferulic acid and paeoniflorin in Fuke Fenqing Pill(Angelicae sinensis Radix,Paeoniae Radix alba,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Rehmanniae Radix,Gardeniae Fructus,Coptidis Rhizoma,etc.).METHODS The determination was performed on a Phenomsil C18 column with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(17∶ 83) as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 230 nm.RESULTS Ferulic acid presented a good linearity in the concentration range of 3.61-28.88 μg/mL.The average recovery was 97.96% with RSD of 1.58%.Paeoniflorin presented a good linearity in the concentration range of 8.55-68.4 μg/mL.The average recovery was 98.64% with RSD of 1.17%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for quality control of Fuke Fenqing Pill.
