摘要
目的研究川芎中阿魏酸提取的最佳工艺条件。方法以提取液中阿魏酸含量为指标,用正交设计将醇提工艺条件进行优化。结果与结论加8倍量70%乙醇提取两次,1.5h/次为醇提最佳工艺条件。
Objective To optimize the extraction processes for ferulic acid from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort..Methods Using ferulic acid （FA） as target in the extracted solution,and the latter process was optimized with orrhogonal design. Results and conclusion The optimum extraction processes was adding 8 times amount of 70 96 alcohol,refluxing and extracting for two times, 1.5 hour each time.
