摘要
主要阐述纳米电子产生的背景，纳米电子取得的一些进展，以及纳米电子的应用前景。对纳米电子相关的一些问题进行了讨论。
A definition for the term nanoelectronic and its generation background is provided.The applications of nanoelectronic to date and possible ones in the future are summarized. Finally,some relative technologies dealing with in exploring nanoelectronic are discussed. In this paper, development prospect of nanoelectronic have been discussed.
