摘要
科技人力资本是高科技企业的核心竞争力,对科技人力资本进行价值评估对企业具有重要的实践意义。从基本素质、一般能力、创新能力、贡献度和成长与发展5个方面,构建了科技人力资本价值评估指标体系和评估模型,并从提升人力资本内在价值存量、提高人力资本价值转化效率和推进人力资本价值实现程度3个方面提出了提升人力资本价值的策略。
Technological human capital is the core competition for Hi-tech enterprise.The evaluation on it is an important part in the management of human resource.In this paper the evaluation index system is founded,based on five aspects including basic quality,general ability,innovative capability,contribution and development ability,then the evaluation model is build up.The paper also discusses the suggestion to improve the value of the technological human capital.
