摘要
考虑到云芝的特性及食用性,提出了从云芝培养到加工成浑浊汁的新方法。云芝的生产采用是浮培养法,较其栽培法生产周期大大缩短。制成的浑浊汁成品质量稳定,酸爽柔和,营养丰富,具有云芝独特的风味和药理保健作用。
According to the properties of coriolus versicolor, a new method about the cultureand the process of pulpy juices was obtained. Suspension culture was adopted in theproduction of coriolus versicolor, shortening the production period from cultivation. Thepulpy juices obtained is stable in quality, palatable in taste and rich in nutrient, keeping thespecial pharmacological and healthy function and flavour of coriolus versicolor.
