摘要
采用微滤和电渗析膜组合技术对金属表面处理工业的实际中水进行资源化深度处理,以达到循环回用的目的。实验结果表明,在预处理中微滤膜在滤速和成本上均具一定优势,电渗析装置不仅可以大大降低中水所含的盐分,对其有机物和COD去除效果也非常明显。经膜工艺处理后,最终淡水电导率为260μS/cm,COD值可达20mg/L左右,产水水质接近自来水水质,完全可以适用于该行业的循环冷却水。
Wastewater in mechanical industry was treated for utilization by microfiltration (MF) and electrodialysis (ED). The results showed that microfiltration was suitable for pre-treatment, while the electrodialysis was suitable for salts,organics and COD removal. The final conductivity of the product water after ED was as low as 260μS/cm and the ultimate COD value was about 20mg/L.The quality of product water was close to municipal tap water and very suitable for reuse as industrial cycle cooling water.
