两种不同发酵基对牛粪堆肥的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究污泥发酵基和HM发酵基对堆肥的作用效果,以牛粪为原料,加入麦秆为调理剂,设置4个处理,接种不同剂量的发酵基进行室内堆肥。经过30 d的堆肥处理,4个堆体总磷含量变化差异不显著,有效氮和有效磷含量对照堆体中增量最大;相比于对照堆体,只加入HM发酵基的堆体在升温期的升温速率最高,只加入污泥发酵基的堆体高温期温度最高,腐殖质下降幅度最大,总氮损失较多;同时加入2种发酵基的堆体高度和有机物含量下降最多。结果表明,加入2种发酵基的堆体效果最优,且可实现污泥的资源化利用,堆肥原料中污泥、牛粪和发酵基的干质量比为10∶4∶0.002 5。 In order to investigate the effect of sludge and HM fermentation agent on indoor aerobic composting,four treatments were designed,using dairy manure as raw materials and wheat straw as additional inoculation dose.The results showed that,after 30 days' composting,total phosphorus content in the 4 treatments changed insignificantly.While in the control treatment,the content of available phosphorus and nitrogen had the highest increment.Compared with the control treatment,the treatment of HM fermentation agent had the highest temperature rising rate;the treatment of sludge had the highest temperature in the mega-thermal period,and got the highest reduction of humus.The loss of total nitrogen was also significant in the treatment of sludge.In the treatment amended with both of the fermentation agents,the reactor height dropped to the largest extent and the content of organic matter declined more than other treatments.In conclusion,application of two fermentation agents in the composting,with the dry weight ratio of 10(sludge)∶4(dairy manure)∶0.002 5(fermentation agents),has a striking effect on the dairy manure composting,and achieving the utilization of sludge.
