摘要
为了提高牛粪高温厌氧反应体系CODCr和BOD5去除率及产气速率,对混合污泥(V二沉污泥:V消化污泥=1:1)和单种污泥培养的接种物分别与14.7%的牛粪料液混合,进行了厌氧发酵特性的研究。探索了高温条件下接种物对牛粪厌氧发酵的影响。结果表明,在物料浓度一定的条件下,混合污泥培养的接种物厌氧体系的产气量高于单种污泥培养接种物的厌氧体系。该体系的CODCr和BOD5的去除率分别为70.6%和61.9%,产气量达330.4mL/gCODCr,而且厌氧发酵启动速度快,pH值变化范围小,产气过程平稳。
Anaerobic digestion of cattle manure (14.7%) blended with the inocula cultivated with mixed sludge and the inocula cultivated with single sludge were compared. In order to increase the methane production and the remove rate of CODcr and BODs, a feasible inoculum for thermophilic digestion was investigated. The results indicated that the biogas production of anaerobic system inoculated with the inocula cultivated with mixed sludge were higher than that inoculated with the inocula domesticated with single sludge (the sludge of secondary sedimentation tank and digested sludge respectively). The CODcr and BOD5 removing rate of the system inoculated with blended sludge are 70.6% and 61.9%. The biogas production was 330.4mL/g CODcr. The start-up time was shorter than that of the other systems. At the same time, the variety range of pH was relatively narrow too in this system.
