摘要
在培养和富集硝化菌的基础上,通过控制溶解氧浓度(0.5—1mg/L)观察到同时硝化反硝化现象的存在。进水氨氮投加 浓度为50mg/L和100mg/L的2个试验组,总氮分别有58.4%和62.6%损失。作者还结合试验结果,对同时硝化反硝化过程的影 响因素和可能机理进行了分析。
Simultaneous nitrification/denitrification (SND) could occur under the condition of this experiment. The total nitrogen loss could be observed via controlling the concentration of DO at 0.5 - 1.0mg/L. Total nitrogen loss of the two test groups (50mg/L and 100mg/ L influent) could reach 58.4% and 62.6% respectively. Combined with the results obtained from the experiment, impact factor and possible mechanism of SDN were discussed in this paper.
