摘要
目的:探讨青年乳腺癌患者的心理特征,寻找心理干预的有效方法,从而提高患者的预后和生活质量。方法:对收治的69例青年乳腺癌患者进行心理问卷调查,分析是否存在抑郁、焦虑、性生活及社交障碍等心理问题。结果:青年乳腺癌患者存在较严重的心理问题,不同文化程度、职业类型及经济收入对心理的影响也不同。结论:根据不同青年乳腺癌患者的心理特征,合理地利用心理干预手段,对提高患者的预后和生活质量十分必要。
Objective：To investigate the psychological characteristics and psychological intervention for young women with breast cancer,and improve the prognosis and quality of life.Methods：Questionnaires were answered by 69 young women breast cancer patients,analyzed the depression,anxiety,sexual,social interaction and other psychological problems.Re-sults：Young women breast cancer patients with more serious psychological problems,the psychological characteristics was different with the education,occupation and income.Conclusion：It is necessary to reasonably use psychological interven-tions for different psychological characteristics of young breast cancer patients so as to improve the prognosis and quality of life.
