摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌化疗患者社交回避与苦恼现状及相关影响因素,为临床干预提供有效支持。方法:收集2019年2月—2020年5月我院收治的乳腺癌化疗患者46例为观察组,收集同一时期来我院健康体检者46例为对照组,两组均为女性。采用一对一调查法,观察并比较两组女性的社交回避、社交苦恼维度,同时对观察组患者社交回避与苦恼现状的相关影响因素进行分析。结果:(1)观察组社交回避维度评分(11.53±1.06)分、社交苦恼维度评分(12.09±0.78)分、总评分(24.65±3.74)分,均高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)多因素回归分析结果显示,文化程度、婚姻状况、性格、年龄、职业、家庭收入、化疗症状是影响患者社交回避与苦恼的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌化疗患者社交回避与苦恼的影响因素是多方面的,因此在临床干预阶段需针对患者的情绪、诉求等实际情况作出相应的干预,这样才能有效避免其社交回避与苦恼等问题的发生,为全面提高乳腺癌化疗患者生活质量奠定基础。
Objective:This study is aimed to explore the current situation of social avoidance and distress in breast cancer chemotherapy patients and related influencing factors,and provide effective support for clinical intervention.Methods:46 patients who were treated for breast cancer chemotherapy in our hospital from February 2019 to May 2020 were collected as the observation group,and 46 cases of people who came to our hospital for health check-up at the same time were collected as the control group,both groups are female.The one-on-one survey method was adopted to observe and compare the social avoidance and social distress dimensions of the two groups of women while the current situation of social avoidance and distress of patients in the observation group and related influencing factors were analyzed.Results:As the social avoidance dimension score of the observation group(11.53±1.06),the social distress dimension score(12.09±0.78)and the total score(24.65±3.74)of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The results of multi-factor regression analysis showed that the degree of culture,marital status,personality,age,occupation,family income,chemotherapy symptoms are important factors affecting patients'social avoidance and distress(P<0.05).Conclusion:The impact of social avoidance and distress of breast cancer chemotherapy patients is multifaceted.Therefore,in the clinical intervention stage,it is necessary to make corresponding interventions according to the actual situation of the patient's emotions and appeals,so as to effectively avoid the occurrence of social avoidance and distress,and lay the foundation for comprehensively improving the quality of life of breast cancer chemotherapy patients.
