摘要
目的了解和理解乳腺癌术后患者在治疗期间内心深处的感受,以引导护士为患者提供全身心的护理服务。方法采用Van Manen的诠释现象学研究法,深入访谈了11例乳腺癌术后患者。结果通过自省、比较、创造3种原则的分析,得出4个主题:①震惊与接受。②受苦与死亡。③生命价值的体验。④夫妻关系的变化。结论护士应深入了解乳腺癌患者内心深处的感受,使她们得到身心的全面照护,尽快摆脱治疗过程的痛苦,寻求生命的意义与幸福。
Objective To explore the experience of post-operative women with breast cancer, let the nurse understand their experience during the period of treatment in order to providing holistic nursing care. Methods Van Manen＇s hermeneutic phenomenological method was adopted, 11 women with breast cancer were interviewed. Results 4 themes were found by using the principle of reflection, comparison and creativity：shock and acceptance, suffering and death, experience of life value, and relationship changing between husband and wife. Conclusions Nurses should understand the experience of women with breast cancer in depth let them break away from suffering, help them to seek the life significancy and happiness by providing holistic nursing care.
