师范生教师职业认同感调查研究 被引量:35

Investigation and Study on Teacher's Professional Identity of Normal University Student

摘要 在以往研究的基础上,采用自编师范生教师职业认同问卷,对西南大学、四川师范大学等500名师范生进行调查。结果显示:师范生教师职业认同感总体较高但个体差异较大;不同性别、年级、生源地的师范生教师职业认同感有显著的差异;免费教育与非免费教育师范生职业认同无显著差异;师范生的职业认同与参加教学实践的时间显著相关;教学实践时间是职业行为倾向的重要预测变量。 In this paper,we put up a research on teacher's professional identity in normal university taking the normal students of Southwest University as the objects by questionnaire surveys made by ourselves.The results reveal that:the teaching profession identity of normal students is positive in general but there is a large individual difference;there are significant differences from gender and grades;the teaching profession identity of normal students who comes from small cities and towns is significantly lower than the students coming from rural areas and big cities;the professional identity and the time to participate in teaching practice are significantly correlated.The time to participate in teaching practice is the most effective forecasting factor in the teaching profession identity.
