地方院校师范生职业认同感与学习动机、职业能力成熟度的关系 被引量:1

The Relationship between Local College Students' Professional Self-Identity,Learning Motivation and Professional Ability Maturity

摘要 采用《师范生教师职业认同感量表》、《学习动机问卷》、《职业能力成熟度量表》对地方院校师范生752人进行调查,结果发现:1、师范生职业认同感随着年级的升高呈逐年下降趋势,职业价值与职业效能双低人群相对偏多,其中职业价值感低是师范生人群的突出问题。2、地方院校师范生的职业认同感会显著影响他们的学习动机及职业能力成熟度,给师范院校教师教育培养模式的改革带来阻碍。 752 local college students were assessed according to "Normal College Students' Professional Self-Identity Scale", "Learning Motivation Questionnaire" and "Scale of Occupation Ability Maturity". The results are as follows.(1) College students' professional self-identity gradually drops year by year as their grades increase; the number of college students with low professional value and low professional effectiveness relatively great; in particular, college students' low occupational value sense is a serious problem.(2) The local college students' occupational self-identity will significantly affect their learning motivation as well as their occupational ability maturity, and will hinder the reform in the training mode of normal college education.
