摘要
在硫酸介质中,基于铱(Ⅳ)对高碘酸钾氧化二甲基二氨基吨基氯(吖啶红,AR)褪色反应的催化作用,建立了一个测定铱的新催化动力学光度法。研究了该指示反应的最佳反应条件和动力学参数。在优化的条件下,反应速率与铱的质量浓度在0.16~32.0μg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限为1.2×10^-4μg/mL。方法已用于冶金产品和岩矿石中痕量铱的测定。
Based on the catalytic effect of iridium(Ⅳ) on the oxidation reaction of dimethyldiminoxanthenyl chloride (acridine red, AR) by KIO4 in the H2SO4 medium, a new kinetic spectrophotometric method for determination of trace iridium(Ⅳ) was established. The optimum conditions and kinetic parameters were investigated. Under the selected conditions, a good linear relationship could be obtained between the catalytic reaction rate and the concentration of iridium(Ⅳ) in the range of 0.16-32.0μg/L with detection limit of 1.2×10^-4μg/mL. The method has been successfully applied for the determination of iridium in the metallurgical products and ore samples.
