摘要
陕京线天然气管线二次加压后可年输天然气30亿立方米。目前陕京线天然气市场仍具有较大的潜力。进一步开发我国天然气市场,首先应将大力发展天然气工业提到实现可持续发展战略的高度来认识。要加大政府扶持力度,尽快理顺天然气项目的管理体制与经营机制,明确管道建设投资主体,提倡多渠道融资,参照国外定价原则,制定出适合我国市场情况的天然气定价办法,逐步规范销售,实行天然气区域经济协调发展的战略,并大力开拓天然气利用新领域。

ondary pressure boosting. There is still a great potential gas market for this pipeline at present. In order to further develop China's gas market, a sustainable development strategy will have to be adopted. More support is needed from the government, rationalize the management and operation system about the natural gas projects as soon as possible. Management and operation systems for natural gas projects have to be streamlined. The major body of investment for pipeline construction has to be clarified and multi-channel financing advocated. A pricing system has to be established in reference to the international practice, Marketing order must be gradually standardized and a regional coordinated development strategy implemented. Greater efforts have to be made in expanding new areas for natural gas utilization.
