摘要
目的观察芪白平肺胶囊(原名金泰胶囊)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效。方法在常规治疗基础上,治疗组(18例)与对照组(17例)分别加用芪白平肺胶囊与安慰剂,观察两组患者BODE指数即体重指数(BMI)、气道阻塞程度(O)、呼吸困难分级(D)和运动耐力(E)4种参数的变化。结果对照组BMI、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、6min步行距离(6MWT)、BODE指数积分治疗后无明显变化,功能性呼吸困难(MMRC)积分治疗后较治疗前有所降低(P<0.05);治疗组BMI、FEV1、6MWT、MMRC及BODE指数积分治疗后较治疗前有所降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论芪白平肺胶囊能显著降低COPD患者的BODE指数积分,对COPD患者有较好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of Qibai Pingfei Capsule （Herbal capsule for pulmonary disease） on the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）.Methods Based on the routine treatment,the treatment group（18 cases） and control group（17 cases） were administered Qibai Pingfei Capsule and placebo respectively. The changes in BODE index,including body mass index （BMI,B）,degree of airflow obstruction（O）,dyspnea（D）,and exercise capacity（E） in both groups were observed.Results In the control group,there were no obvious changes in BMI,forced expiratory volume in one second （FEV1）,6-minute walk test （6MWT）,and the BODE index score after treatment,but the dyspnea （Modified Medical Research Council [MMRC]） score was somewhat decreased （P〈0.05）. In the treatment group,BMI,FEV1,and 6MWT score were lowered slightly （P〈0.05）,and the MMRC and BODE index score were significantly decreased after treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion Qibai Pingfei Capsule can significantly decrease the BODE index score of COPD patients,treating COPD effectively.
