摘要
以新安医学"固本培元"思想为理论依据,深入研究中医药对防治肺胀(稳定期)痰瘀阻肺、肺肾气虚证的科研思路。建立临床科研模式,并开展临床工作,不仅能够促进学术进步、提高临床疗效,而且对促进中医药防治肺胀能力的提高具有理论和现实意义。
The research ideas of preventing and treating lung distension with phlegm-stasis obstructing the lung pattern or lung-kidney qi deficiency pattern in stable period were studied according to root-securing origin-supplementing thought of Xin＇an Medicine. The clinical research model was established and improved. The correct research ideas can promote academic progress, improve clinical outcomes and enhance the capability to prevent and treat lung inflation.
