摘要
目的:探讨芪白平肺胶囊(原名金泰胶囊)对COPD的疗效。方法:将55例COPD患者随机分为治疗组(28例)与对照组(27例),在常规治疗基础上,治疗组与对照组分别加用芪白平肺胶囊与安慰剂,观察两组患者圣乔治呼吸问卷积分(SGRQ积分)的变化。结果:对照组与治疗组治疗后SGRQ积分均较治疗前有明显改善,(P<0.01);但治疗组较对照组改善更明显,(P<0.01)。结论:芪白平肺胶囊能显著降低COPD患者的圣乔治呼吸问卷积分,对COPD患者有较好的疗效。
Objective： To explore the effect of Qibai Pingfei capsule on COPD. Methods： 55 acute COPD patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group （ n = 28, given routine western medical treatment and Qibai Pingfei capsule） and the control group （ n =27, received routine western medical treatment and placebo）. Observe the change of SGRQ in both groups. Results： SGRQ score of control group and treatment group after treatment than before treatment marked improvement（ P 〈 0.01 ）. But the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group did（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Qibai Pingfei capsule can significantly decrease the SGRQ score of COPD patients.
