摘要
依据教学活动与教学管理活动之间不同的关系结构,中小学的教学管理可归纳为三种基本形态:教学辅助、教学监控和教学领导。三种教学管理形态之间的多维比较,对当下的学校教学管理实践提出了启示:正确看待三种教学管理形态,紧扣学校教学发展需要;重视教学管理的作为,平衡教学与管理之间的关系;积极倡导教学领导,促进学校教学管理转型;转变校长在教学管理中的角色定位,唤醒全员参与管理。
According to different relation structure,there are three teaching management forms which are named teaching assistance,teaching monitor and teaching leadership.By comparing with the three forms of teaching management,we get the following enlightenments:1.correctly deal with the three teaching management forms to meet the demand of school management;2.attach importance to the role of teaching management and achieve good balance between teaching and management;3.advocate teaching leadership and promote the transformation of teaching management in schools;4.change the leading roles of the headmaster in teaching management and initiate all the staff to participate the management.
