摘要
基于黑龙江省5个地区农村小学数据,探究农村小学科学教育效果优化的社会支持。研究发现,社会支持中的网络课程资源支持、环境资源支持、人力资源支持与农村小学科学教育效果正向相关。随着社会支持力度的增加,农村小学科学教育效果不断增强。科学师资素质培训与网络课程资源支持对农村小学科学教育起到显著的积极促进作用。为更好地发挥社会支持的优化功能,需要成立县域多元主体科学教育联盟,提升社会支持的协同性与匹配度;组建县域农村科学教育专家指导团队,明确社会支持的着力点;建立县域农村学校科学教育质量评估监测系统,增强社会支持的服务精准度。
Based on the data from rural primary schools in five regions of Heilongjiang Province,this study explores the optimization of social support for science education in rural primary schools.The research found that support from online course resources,environmental resource support,and human resources support is positively correlated with the effectiveness of science education in rural primary schools.As the intensity of social support increases,the effectiveness of science education in rural primary schools continues to enhance.Scientific research literacy training and support from online course resources play a significant role in promoting science education in rural primary schools.To better leverage the optimization function of social support,it is necessary to establish a county-level diverse stakeholder science education alliance to improve the coordination and matching of social support;to form a county-level team of experts to guide rural science education,clarifying the focus of social support;and to set up a county-level monitoring system for the monitoring and evaluation system for science education quality in rural schools to enhance the precision of social support services.
