摘要
该文用形态学、叶片微观结构电镜扫描和PER,EST,GOT3种同工酶的分析方法,对3个黑、白杨派间杂交组合的亲本与杂种进行了研究.结果表明:黑白杨派间杂种都兼具父母本特征,且变异类型丰富.因此,培育出具备黑杨、白杨优良性状的黑白杨杂种无性系大有希望.
The parents and hybrids from 3
intersectional crosses of Leuce and Aigeiros sections of \%Populus\% were studied with
morphological, electronic\|microscopic scanning and isozyme systems of \%PER,EST\% and
\%GOT\%. The results showed that most Leuce\|Aigeiros intersectional hybrids of \%Populus\%
had both male and female parent features and their phenotypes were diversified. Therefore, this
promises high hopes of good clones of Leuce\|Aigeiros sections of \%Populus\% from those
hybrids.
