摘要
对由8个白杨派基因型和5个青杨派基因型所组成的13个青白杨派间杂交组合进行胚珠培养试验研究。结果表明:三交要明显好于单交;培养基对胚珠培养影响不大,较合适的培养基为1/2MS+6-BA 1.0 mg.L-1+NAA 1.0 mg.L-1;基因型TB03做母本培养效果优于TB04;随着授粉时间延长,胚珠萌发率也越高。
Ovule culture of 13 intersectional hybrids produced from 8 genotypes of Leuce and 5 genotypes of Tacamahaca were studied. The results show that triple cross is better than single cross. Medium has little effects on ovule culture. Optimal medium is 1/2MS +6 -BA 1.0mg · L^-1 +NAA 1.0 mg · L^-1. Effect of female parent TB03 ovule germinates is well than genetype TB04; ovule germination rate increases along with the day increase after pollination.
