摘要
复合隐喻是人类思维和语言表达中必不可少的一部分,普遍存在于各种类型的语篇中。文章在界定复合隐喻的基础上,阐释复合隐喻在结构、语义、映射方面的特点,并将复合隐喻认知研究置于复合空间理论视域中,以《太阳报》中一则报道为语料,分析其中一个复合隐喻的复合心理空间网络,揭示复合隐喻的认知心理空间特点,建构复合隐喻的认知心理图式。
As one indispensable part of thought and language expression,mixed metaphors are widely applied in different discourses.After defining the concept of mixed metaphors,this paper illustrates their characteristics in terms of structure,semantics and conceptual mapping.This paper,based on blended space theory,also analyzes the blended mental space network of one mixed metaphor in a sentence from the report of The Sun.In this way,it reveals the cognitive characteristics and constructs the mental schema of mixed metaphors.
