摘要
本文利用EBSD技术研究了铁素体-贝氏体双相钢、SWRH82B线材、F460船板钢的取向差/旋转轴分布情况,并对结果加以分析。结果表明:样品制备的优劣对小角度取向差影响明显;EBSD数据采集不当可能引入30°〈111〉伪对称性;材料的组织与织构对相关联取向差分布产生影响;织构的种类及强弱将使得非相关联取向差分布偏离Mackenzie分布并使得旋转轴在样品坐标系中有序分布。
Distributions of misorientation /rotation axis of grain boundaries in ferrite-bainite dual-phase steel,SWRH82B wire steel and F460 ship plate steel were studied by EBSD.The Results show that sample preparation condition has great influence on small angle misorientation.Improper EBSD data acquisition may introduce 111 30° pseudosymmetry.The microstructure and texture affect the correlated misorientation distribution.The kind and intensity of texture make uncorrelated misorientation distribution deviated from Mackenzie distribution and the distribution of rotation axis in sample coordinated orderly.
