摘要
针对须有较高强度、良好焊接和深冲性的两片式液化乙炔气瓶用钢,探讨了化学成分对C-Si-Mn钢性能的影响,得到其适宜化学成分C_(eq)=0.30~0.35%.C=0.11~0.16%,Mn=0.9~1.2%,Si<0.30%,P<0.030%,S<0.030%。工业试生产表明,该成分热连轧钢板能满足气瓶强度和成型工艺的要求,达到国内外同类钢种的先进水平。
This paper aims at the development of hot rolled strip steel for deep-drawing liquid-acetylene cylinder with high strength, good weldability and formability. The effect of chemical composition on mechanical properties of C-Si-Mn hot rolled strip steel is investigated and the rational composition of steel for deep drawing liquid-acetylene cylinder is C_(eq) =0.30~0.35%, C=0.11~0.16% Mn=0.9~1.2%; Si<0.30 %; P<0.030 %, s<0. 030 %. The factory production results show that this chemical composition can meet the reguirements in strength and formation technology of the steel.
