盘条化学成分和冷却方式对珠光体组织和力学性能的影响

摘要 桥梁缆索钢丝用盘条化学成分和微观组织对钢丝的性能起着决定性作用,其中珠光体转变热处理工艺对微观组织的形成和演变具有显著影响。对不同化学成分和冷却方式的盘条组织特征和硬度进行分析,探讨化学成分及冷却方式对盘条珠光体微观组织的影响。结果表明:92Si盘条具有较细的珠光体组织,平均片层间距约0.08μm,且其硬度最高。而盐浴处理和风冷处理对87MnSi盘条的组织和硬度影响较大,盐浴处理盘条的珠光体组织分布更加均匀,风冷处理盘条的珠光体晶粒尺寸及片层间距差异较大,硬度波动范围相对较大。 Chemical composition and microstructure of wire rod for bridge cable steel wire play a decisive role in steel wire performance.and pearlite transformation heat treatment process has significant impact on formation and evolution of microstructure.Microstructure and hardness of wire rods with different chemical compositions and cooling methods were analyzed,and effects of chemical compositions and cooling methods on microstructure of pearlite wire rods were discussed.Results show that 92Si wire rod has fine pearlite structure.the average lamellar spacing is about 0.08μm.and its hardness is the highest salt bath treatment and air cooling treatment have a greater impact on microstructure and hardness of 87MnSi wire rod,pearlite structure distribution of salt bath treatment wire rod is more uniform.pearlite grain size and lamellar spacing of air cooling wire rod are significantly different and hardness fluctuation range is relatively large.
