摘要
针对SPHC、SPHE热轧薄板冲压时部分板卷出现开裂、皱褶的问题 ,分析研究了相应钢卷的化学成分、力学性能、金相组织和织构 ,指出采用较高的终轧温度和卷取温度 ,并进行润滑轧制 。
In view of appearing sliver and riffles during pressing of SPHC and SPHE hot rolled sheet,its chemical composition,mechanical performance,microstructure and texture were studied.It pointed out that the pressing property and yield of hot rolled sheet can be improved by applying higher temperatures of finishing rolling and coiling and lubrication technology.
