摘要
本文探讨了我国在快速城市化、工业化、国际化和市场化背景下不同区域的土地集约利用系列模式。采用文献资料法和综合分析法,从5个角度梳理了当前土地集约利用的不同模式。它们分别是土地集约利用的操作模式、发展阶段模式、空间布局模式、利用规模模式和投入结构模式。同时分析了土地集约利用和城市化发展阶段的关系。最后提出了基于区域层面的土地集约利用模式分类体系,包含3个一级类,12个二级类。
This paper discusses the regional land intensive use models under a fast urbanization,industrialization and marketization,based on reference papers and comprehensive analysis,studies several models from five perspectives,operation model,development stage model,spatial layout model,use scale model and input structure model,analyzes the relation between land intensive use and urbanization development stage,and presents a classification system of regional land intensive use,including three categories and 12 sub-categories inside.
