摘要
文章从城市土地集约利用的概念、城市土地集约化评价、城市土地集约利用与城市化相关研究、城市土地集约利用与城市规划和房地产开发的相关研究、城市土地集约利用的实证研究以及其它相关研究六个方面回顾了我国自1990年代以来城市土地集约利用的研究现状,最后指出了目前研究的不足之处,并进行了简要的展望。
This paper retrospects domestic research progress on urban land intensive use since 1990 from six aspects: (1)the concept of urban land intensive use; (2)the evaluation of urban land intensive use; (3)the research between urban land intensive use and urbanization; (4)the research among urban land intensive use, urban planning and real estate; (5)case studies on urban land intensive use; (6)other relative research. At last, this paper puts forward some problems existing in its present research in our country, and proposes further studies are expected to be done in some aspects.
