摘要
以泉州市为例,采用APH与特尔菲结合的综合评价法计算不同时空的土地利用集约指数,在此基础上,分析其土地集约利用的驱动因素,认为城市化发展、产业集群、自然条件的差异是引起该地区城市土地集约利用程度时空差异的重要驱动力.
Takes the Quanzhou as a case city, using the method of comprehensive evalution, the author calculated the intensive utilization of land index and anlysised the driving force, pointed out that the urbanization, industrial clusters, nature condition is the main factor influcing the time-space differences of intensive ultilization of land in Quanzhou city.
