摘要
文章指出我国在加速城市化的过程中，存在诸如城市外延式盲目扩张、大量占用耕地、土地灰市泛滥等亟待解决的问题，并且分析了产生这些问题的四个主要原因；最后，对我国城市土地集约利用方式进行了探讨，认为：随着城市化进程的进一步加快，城市发展对土地的要求将会不断增加，必须采取综合措施，以促进城市土地利用结构优化，提高城市土地资源利用效率，实现城市化的可持续发展。
In the acceleration period of our urbanization, there exists some problems demanding urgent solutions, such as urban unchecked extension, oversized occupation of arable land, uncontrolled underground land market, etc. This paper analyses the four main reasons of it and discusses the way of intensive land utilization in our cities. It believes that with the acceleration urbanization, we must take comprehensive countermeasures to meet the increasing demand of land for urban development in order to promote the betterment of urban land utilization structure, raise the utilization efficiency of urban land resources and fulfill sustainable development of urbanization.
