摘要
根据公共事业管理专业人才培养模式及其对专业能力的要求,结合《管理学原理》课程教学的特点,提出了以培养公共事业管理专业能力为导向,将"教"、"学"、"练"相结合的教学总体思路和案例教学法、团队学习法等具体的教学方法,以及实施这一教学法的保障。
According to personnel training mode of Public Utilities Management and the requirements for professional ability and the teaching characteristics of Principles of Management, this paper puts forward the general idea of teaching for training professional ability based on the combination of teaching, learning and training and as well as some concrete methods, such as case teaching method, team learning method. The paper also proposes the insurance of carrying out the teaching method.
