摘要
影响独立学院公共事业管理专业人才培养模式创新的因素是:独立学院的人才培养定位和办学条件;经济社会对该专业人才的要求;专业特点;独立学院学生的特点。对这四大因素的分析表明,独立学院公共事业管理专业人才培养的目标是复合型应用人才。
Factors influencing personnel training model of Public Utilities Management professional of Independent Schools are personnel training location of Independent Schools and conditions for running school, economic and social dernands on the professional, professional features and characteristics of independent school students. The analysis on these four factors shows that the personnel training goal of Public Utilities Management professional of independent Schools is to develop composite application- oriented personnel.
