可焊性是印制板的重要性能指标检验是十分重要和必要的,文章介绍和比较了国内常用的几种可焊性试验方法标准,同时列举了三个常用的测试案例予以操作指导。
Solderability is one of the important test methods for PCB＇s quality.In this paper we introduce and compare several current domestic solderability test standard.Simultaneously,three commonly cases that guide to operate have specialized.
