摘要
根据短流程熔炼工艺特点,采用热分析、金相分析、断口分析和力学性能测试等手段,对短流程熔炼工艺的过热温度与保温时间对铁水质量的影响进行了实验研究。结果表明,短流程熔炼过热温度在1510~1540℃,保温时间10~15min时,通过改变热力学和动力学条件,可以得到相对纯净的高质量的铁液,最大限度地消除高炉铁液的遗传因素影响。
According to the characteristics of short-cut melting process,the effects of overtemperature and holding time on iron melt quality were studied by thermal analysis,metallographic analysis,fracture analysis and mechanical property measurement.The results show that the relative purity and high quality iron liquid can be obtained by controlling thermodynamics and dynamics conditions when the overtemperature in short-cut melting process is in the range of 1510~ 1540 ℃ and holding time is in the range of 10~15 min,which can greatly eliminate the inheritance of blast furnace iron liquid.
