摘要
在实验室条件下,研究了B对中锰球铁和铬钼铜中锰合金球铁组织和性能的影响,结果表明:中锰球铁中加入B以后,可以明显见到碳化物粒化,碳化物数量增加,马氏体组织改善,其力学性能和合金中锰球铁相近。在低应力的工况下,可用硼中锰球铁代替合金中锰球铁,以降低成本。
In laboratory, the effects of B on the structure and properties of the medium-Manganese ductile iron are studied. The effects of B are compared with the effects of Cr-Mo -Cu. The results show: B can grain the carbides, increase the amount of the carbides, improve the martensite structure of the medium-Manganese ductile iron. The hardness and shock toughness are close in comparison with Cr-Mo-Cu medium-Manganese ductile iron. In the case of lower shock force, it is possible to substitute B for Cr-Mo-Cu in medium-Manganese ductile iron, thus it has lower cost.
