摘要
针对压铸过程中气体卷入形成的孔洞与压铸件力学性能之间的定量关系进行了研究。在压铸件不同厚度的部位取样,测试了所取试样的力学性能,采用阿基米德方法和图像定量系统分别测量了取样的孔洞体积分数和最大尺寸,探讨了它们和力学性能之间的关系。并利用多元线性回归的数学统计方法,提出了AM50A压铸件中孔洞体积分数和最大尺寸与力学性能的定量关系。
The quantitative relationship between porosities caused by gas entrapment and mechanical properties of the die casting was studied. The mechanical properties of specimens cut from the different locations in the die castings were tested. The fraction and maximum size of porosity were determined by Archimedes method and image quantitative system respectively. The effect of the fraction and size on the mechanical properties of die castings was analyzed and discussed. According to multiple linear regression method, the quantitative correlation between mechanical properties including tensile strength and elongation and porosity fraction and maximum size of AM50A die castings was established.
