铸造Al-Si-Mg合金时效过程动力学分析 被引量:1

Analyzing age kinetics of Al-Si-Mg cast alloys

摘要 对铸造Al-11Si-0.35Mg合金时效过程动力学进行了分析。根据升温差热扫描量热分析(DSC)曲线,利用动力学方程计算出了过渡相β′析出激活能。根据等温DSC曲线,利用Avrami公式计算出了GP区和过渡相β′的形状参数n和形核密度参数k。利用透射电子显微组织(TEM)分析对计算结果进行了讨论。 The age kinetics of Al-11Si-0.35Mg cast alloy has been analyzed.The activation energy of metastable β′ precipitation has been calculated with kinetic equation by analyzing differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) heating curves.The shape related parameters n and nucleation density related parameters k have been calculated using Avrami equation by analyzing DSC isothermal curves.The calculation results are discussed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM) analysis.
