摘要 介绍了透明质酸的结构、理化性质,并对透明质酸的制备及其在医药、化妆品和食品领域中的应用进行了综述。 The paper described the structure,physical and chemical properties and preparation of hyaluronic acid.Its applications in medicine,cosmetics and food industry were also reviewed.
