摘要
医学人文教育是国内外的热门话题,面对着"学不完"和"学了没有用"等质疑以及课时和学科发展困难,解决这些问题的基本出路是从理论和实证上认识医学人文的价值,编写医学人文教育指南,开发整合式教学模式,培训教师并在医院营造重视医学人文的氛围。
Education of Medical Humanities is facing the discontent of ＂too much to learn＂ and ＂no use to learn＂,and difficulties in getting suitable space in medical curriculum and developing themselves in disciplines.The paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures as follows：（1） to recognize the value of Medical Humanities from the perspectives of theory and evidence-based practice;（2） to develop a guide on the education of Medical Humanities;（3） to integrate Medical Humanities into the overall curriculum system for medical education;（4） to cultivate clinicians to be teachers in Medical Humanities and establish a friendly environment for Humanities in hospitals.
